Diatomite is a unique natural mineral stone made from fossilized aquatic remains. Very porous, it retains up to 150% of its weight in moisture, giving it a great absorption power. Its almost instantaneous drying prevents the development of bacteria and mold, as well as eliminating bad odors.

You will receive in your package :
- 1 bath mat made of Diatomite stone.
- 1 rubber under-mat to place under your bath mat to prevent the mat from moving on your floor and for more effective drying (better ventilation).
- 1 sandpaper to sand your mat on the day you want it to regain its original absorption power.
- 1 installation and maintenance manual. Also consult here
- Remember to always place the anti-slip and breathable fabric under your Kooroo™ bath mat. It also helps cushion foot traffic and reduce the risk of the rug breaking (it is still a product that needs to be cared for).
- Do not hesitate to place Kooroo™ against a wall from time to time so it can fully air out and regain its original properties.
- If dust or a stain remains on the surface of the rug, clean it with a damp cloth. If that is not enough, lightly sand the area with the sandpaper provided with the rug, then remove the powder with a damp cloth. If you have lost the sandpaper or have none left, buy 150-grit sandpaper or similar.
